bookings & deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits come off the final cost of your tattoo

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment

Deposits protect your artist’s time and preparation.

Appointments can be reschedled once with a minimum of 5 business days notice.

Rescheduling more than once will result in loss of your deposit.

Cancellations within 5 business days will result in loss of your deposit.

changes to bookings

All booking changes must be made by phone or in person.

We do not accept cancellations or reschedules via DM or social media.

fees

  • Consultations are free

  • Deposit is required to secure your booking

  • Drawing fee applies for custom work

Drawing fees cover the time spent designing your piece and are non-refundable once design process has started.

Any chnages requested after drawing has begun may incur an additional fee.

touch up policy

Your tattoo will go through multiple stages while healing. This is normal.

Most tattoos settle within 3 weeks, but hyealing times can vary.

A touch up is not automatically included.

Your artist will determine if a touch up is required. If your artist believes a touch up is needed, you will be booked accordingly.

If you cancel or do not attend your touch up appointment, any rebooking will be charged at your artist’s hourly rate.

If your artist does not believe a touch up is necessary, one will not be provided.

All touch ups are charged at your artist’s hourly rate unless otherwise stated.

high risk areas

Some areas of the body do not hold ink as well and may require multiple sessions.

These include:

  • Hands

  • Fingers

  • Feet

  • Wrists

  • Ears

  • Neck

  • Knees

  • Elbows

  • Inner lip

  • Fine line tattoos

By choosing these areas, you accept that:

  • Faster fading or drop-out can occur

  • Touch ups are likely required

  • Additional costs may apply

healing responsibility

The healing process is just as important as the tattoo itself.

By getting tattooed, you agree to follow aftercare instructions provided.

Healing varies between individuals.

If a tattoo heals poorly due to incorrect aftercare, additional work will be charged at your artists hourly rate.

final note

Once you leave the studio, your tattoo enters the healing phase.

Results depend on both the work done and how it is cared for afterwards.
